Fault tolerance and queues

What will happen if the payment gateway or your CRM goes down for 10 minutes? In simple integrations, data is lost forever. Our solutions use a task queue system (Queues).

If the target server is unavailable, the script will carefully save the request and retry attempts with an increasing interval until the operation completes successfully.

  • What is more reliable: visual platforms (Make/n8n) or Python code?

    Both approaches are good for their tasks. Platforms like n8n or Make are ideal for integrating standard cloud services: they allow you to assemble and launch a workflow in a couple of days, and most importantly — they have a convenient visual monitoring interface where you can immediately see at which step a failure occurred. We use clean code in Python/Node.js for heavy tasks: complex mathematical processing of large data arrays, website scraping, working with specific encryption, or when maximum execution speed is required. We often combine both approaches.
  • Where will the automation bots and scripts run (be hosted)?

    For simple workflows, cloud accounts on Make.com or n8n.cloud can be used. For medium and large projects, we recommend deploying a self-hosted version of n8n on your own virtual private server (VPS) in Russia or Europe. This guarantees complete data security (data is not passed to third parties) and completely removes limits on the number of integration steps. We handle all server setup and turnkey deployment.
  • What will happen if one of the integrated programs changes its API?

    An API change can indeed disrupt an integration. To avoid this, we configure error handlers in all scenarios. In the event of a failure, the robot doesn't just silently shut down: it sends a detailed alert with an error code to the administrator in Telegram or Slack. We also provide a technical warranty on code and integrations (from 14 to 90 days depending on the plan) and promptly make fixes free of charge.
  • Is it possible to link cloud CRM with local 1C on our office server?

    Yes. To do this, we set up secure data exchange. There are several ways: publishing web services (HTTP services in 1C), setting up an intermediate FTP server or database where 1C exports stock balances and a script fetches them on schedule, or using specialized connectors. All transmission channels are encrypted, and access is protected by tokens and IP filtering.
