Systematic marketing instead of chaotic budget wasting
Many companies launch advertising haphazardly: they try Yandex Direct, then hire an SMM specialist, try ordering SEO texts, but do not get the desired result. Without an overall strategy, advertising channels operate disjointedly, audiences overlap, and customer acquisition cost (CAC) exceeds lifetime value (LTV).
We develop a comprehensive digital strategy for promoting your business. We don't guess, but conduct deep competitor analysis (traffic, advertising creatives, keywords), segment the target audience in detail according to their real pain points, and build a Customer Journey Map (CJM).
The result of our work is a step-by-step digital marketing roadmap for 6–12 months. You will clearly know which channels to invest in, what budgets to allocate, how to set up end-to-end analytics, and which key performance indicators (KPI) to use for contractor control.
- In-depth competitive audit (analysis of competitors' traffic, budgets, creatives)
- Target audience segmentation and empathy mapping
- Omnichannel sales funnel and Customer Journey Map (CJM) design
- Marketing unit economics calculation (CPL, CAC, ROMI, LTV)
- Creating a detailed media plan and roadmap for 12 months

Focus on return on investment
We do not sell "likes" or abstract clicks. Our strategy is built around net profit: we calculate how much it costs to acquire a paying customer and how to optimize that cost.
Three pillars of a successful digital strategy
We create actionable, practical guides for scaling sales rather than abstract presentations.
Big Data competitive intelligence
Using professional analytical systems (SimilarWeb, SEMrush, SpyWords), we export data on your main competitors. We see their exact budgets, traffic sources, SEO semantics, and even the most clickable ads.
This allows adopting the successful experience of market leaders and avoiding their mistakes.
End-to-end CJM design
We detail your customer journey: from the first contact (ad banner) to nurture through expert articles, conversion on a landing page, CRM integration, and repeat sales via newsletters and retargeting.
Eliminating gaps in the sales funnel significantly increases overall marketing efficiency.
Mathematical model (Unit economics)
Before launching campaigns, we build a financial and marketing model. We calculate the target cost per lead (CPL) and customer acquisition cost (CAC) based on your sales department's conversion rate and average check.
You will know exactly at what performance metrics advertising pays off and generates profit.
Strategy development stages
Sequential process of deep analysis of business, competitors, budget planning, and roadmap creation.
Interview and immersion into business
We conduct alignment sessions with business owners and executives. We study the product, strengths, current sales metrics, average order value, and company goals.
Competitor analysis
We study traffic, USP, ads, and landing pages of key competitors. We identify their strengths and scaling channels.
Target audience segmentation and CJM
We segment the audience, describe their pain points, needs, and buying triggers. We design a Customer Journey Map.
Funnel and channel design
We select the optimal set of traffic channels (SEO, context, targeting, content). We design touchpoint chains, lead nurturing, and auto-funnels.
Media planning and unit model
We prepare a media plan with monthly budget allocations. We calculate forecasts for traffic, leads, ROI, and target KPIs (CAC, CPL, ROMI).
Roadmap creation
We draw up the final document: a step-by-step implementation plan, requirements for technical website optimization, sales scripts, and technical specifications for end-to-end analytics.
Strategist analytical stack
We use modern parsers and data collection systems to analyze market niches.
SimilarWeb & SpyWords
Professional competitive intelligence services. Allow evaluating competitors' traffic volume and structure, their contextual advertising budgets, and keywords.
Miro / FigJam
Interactive whiteboards for visualizing complex business processes. Used for building CJM, mind maps, sales funnel diagrams, and webhook logic.
Google Sheets / Looker Studio
Platforms for building interactive media plans, unit models, and end-to-end analytics dashboards that combine financial and advertising metrics.

In what form will we receive the finished digital strategy?
The strategy is delivered as an interactive package of documents: 1) detailed text breakdown in PDF with charts and competitive analysis screenshots; 2) interactive customer journey map (CJM) and sales funnel diagrams in Miro/FigJam; 3) working media plan in Google Sheets with unit economics calculation formulas; 4) technical specifications for developers, copywriters, and designers to refine the website and creatives. This is a practical guide to action, not an abstract presentation. -
Who will be implementing this strategy? We do not have our own staff of marketers.
We offer two options. Option 1: Turnkey implementation by our agency. We will configure search and targeted ads, handle SEO promotion, and refine the website strictly within the approved plan. In this case, strategy development guarantees ideal synergy across all channels. Option 2: You hand over the strategy to your in-house specialists or other contractors. In this case, we can provide author's supervision, monitoring KPI compliance. -
What is unit economics in marketing and why do we need it?
Unit economics is a method of calculating the profitability of a single "unit" (in marketing, a single acquired customer). We calculate the ratio of CAC (customer acquisition cost) to LTV (lifetime value, which is how much money they bring over the entire time working with you). If LTV exceeds CAC by at least 3 times, your business scales and turns a profit. If not, marketing operates at a loss. The strategy allows you to model these numbers before you spend millions on testing. -
How long does a developed digital strategy remain relevant?
Usually, the base strategy and roadmap are calculated for 12 months. Competitive analysis and target audience personas retain their relevance for 1.5–2 years (unless global disruptions or law changes occur in the market). The media plan and tactical KPIs are adjusted once a quarter based on real end-to-end analytics data to adapt to current ad auction conditions.
