Visual materials tailored to the task and medium
We start with content: what needs to be explained, to whom, and in what format. For a banner, we highlight the offer and the next step; for a presentation, we build a sequence of arguments; for infographics, we analyze data and connections.
We work with your brand book or agree on a visual concept: colors, typography, grid, illustration style. We rely on real product properties, photos, and data. We select images and graphic elements taking into account sources and terms of use.
First, we approve the key layout, then expand it to the entire set. We check sizes, contrast, readability, and export. We provide finished files and source files in agreed formats so the team can continue working with the materials.

Formats are defined before work begins
Visuals follow the meaning
Before drawing, we check the structure and amount of information. We do not turn unconfirmed numbers, reviews, and features into impressive infographics: we verify data with your team.
Design that can be used
Content, design system, and technical preparation work together.
Message hierarchy
We highlight the main thesis, evidence, and action. We verify that the viewer can understand the material at its actual size: in an ad feed, on a phone screen, or during a presentation.
Unified visual language
We assemble a grid, typography, and reusable elements. We use appropriate photos, diagrams, and illustrations. Adaptations maintain recognizability but account for format and text volume.
Ready for deployment
We check file sizes, weight, fields, and formats for agreed platforms. For printing, we clarify the requirements of the printing house. We transfer a clear structure of sources and brief usage rules.
From brief to finished kit
We agree on the concept before scaling so that edits do not diverge across all media.
Brief and materials
We define the audience, task, media, and scope of the kit. We receive the brand book, texts, photos, and verified data.
Structure and direction
For a presentation, we prepare a sequence of slides; for a banner, a hierarchy of messaging. We agree on the visual direction and stylistic examples.
Key layout
We develop a pilot banner, slides, or scheme. We approve the composition, typography, and character of the graphics.
Kit and adaptations
We distribute the approved style across all materials. For each size, we adjust the composition and check readability.
Edits and control
We collect feedback in a single list per iteration. We verify facts, alignment, contrast, and technical requirements.
Export and transfer
We hand over final files and agreed source files. We fix versions, formats, and rules for further updating.
We are checking before transfer
The kit must be convenient for deployment and further team work.
Readability and composition
We check headers, signatures, and layouts in real size. For mobile media, we separately evaluate small text, hyphenation, and semantic emphasis.
Files for deployment
We use vector for suitable graphics, raster for photos and complex images. We choose format and compression based on the medium, and check the final weight and appearance.
Editable materials
We agree on the editor and source structure in advance. For presentations, we clarify which elements should remain editable in PowerPoint; for branding, we provide rules for use.

— QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Everything that matters
before start
Scope of work, source materials, approval order, and launch conditions.
-
What do you need from us to start working?
Material task, audience, placements, brand book or style examples, finished texts, and source data. If there is not enough content, we first agree on the structure and separately evaluate the preparation of texts. -
Is it possible to edit the presentation yourself?
Yes, we agree on the source format before starting. If PowerPoint is needed, we will define editable text blocks, tables, and charts in advance. Along with the working file, we provide a PDF for preview; fonts and graphic features are discussed during handover. -
What is considered a round of edits?
One compiled list of remarks for the delivered version within the scope of an approved task. The advertising package includes up to three rounds, and presentations and infographics include up to five. New assets, content, or change of direction are estimated separately. -
Do you use AI when creating graphics?
We can use it to find options and prepare individual images if it suits the task. The designer checks the details and assembles the final composition. We do not pass off illustrations as real photos of products, employees, or completed projects. -
Will materials be ready for printing and advertising?
We prepare exports according to the agreed requirements of platforms and printing houses. We specify the list of formats, sizes, bleeds, and color models before production. Advertising results are evaluated after placement; we do not promise universal click-through rate growth.
