Interface design

We create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces based on user behavior data

Most websites lose customers due to poorly designed UX (User Experience). Overly complex order forms, unclear navigation, overloaded menus, or unreadable fonts on mobile phone screens force users to close the tab and leave for competitors. Visual design should not just be 'liked', but solve business problems — guiding the visitor down the funnel to a purchase or request.

We design interfaces based on UX research and behavioral psychology. We analyze click heatmaps and session recordings, develop a Customer Journey Map (CJM), test hypotheses on interactive Figma prototypes, and only then proceed to drafting the final visual layouts (UI).

Every button, form, and interface element in our layouts is in its place not "for beauty", but because it is supported by usability best practices and Jakob Nielsen's heuristics.

  • Analysis of competitors, target audience, and Customer Journey Map construction
  • Creating interactive prototypes (wireframes) to align on logic
  • Development of responsive layouts for any screen (Mobile-First)
  • Development of a full design system (components, UI-Kit, styles)
  • Preparation of layouts in Figma using a pixel grid for fast layout design

Design system using Atomic Design methodology

We build interfaces from small reusable atoms and molecules (buttons, inputs, cards). This ensures 100% style consistency and speeds up subsequent layout development by programmers by 2 times.

Our approach

Three rules of high-quality UX design

We design interfaces that help the user solve their task as quickly as possible.

Prototyping before design

We never start drawing beautiful graphics right away. First, we create an interactive black-and-white prototype (Wireframe). At this stage, we approve transition logic, block structure, catalog structure, and application forms.

This saves project time and allows debugging the logic without expensive redesigns of layouts.

Mobile-First concept

Up to 80% of modern internet traffic comes from mobile phones. We design interfaces with smartphone screens in mind, refining single-hand thumb touch convenience, font sizes, and contrast.

Your website will be equally convenient on both a small screen and an ultrawide 4K monitor.

Clickable Figma prototypes

We do not deliver layouts as static images. We build an interactive clickable prototype in Figma. You can open the link on a smartphone or computer and click on buttons, menus, and input fields.

This gives you the opportunity to fully experience the future website before developers start working on it.

Process

UI design stages

Step-by-step path of design creation from analytics and prototypes to assembling a UI kit and handing over for layout.

01

UX research and briefing

We study the company's business goals, define user personas, audit competitors' websites, and collect structure requirements.

02

Customer Journey Map (CJM)

We draw a user journey map from the moment of first entry to the site to successful lead submission, eliminating unnecessary steps and barriers.

03

Prototyping

We develop schematic black-and-white layouts of all key screens (wireframes). We agree on element layout and text.

04

Design concept

We create 2–3 options for the homepage visual design: selecting fonts, colors, graphics style, and approving the overall aesthetic.

05

Designing all screens

We scale the chosen style to all inner pages, forms, popups, and the cart. We create layouts for tablets and smartphones.

06

UI-Kit assembly and handoff to developers

We design the design system: font grids, colors, button states (hover/active/disabled). We set up the export of icons and images for the front-end developer.

Our stack

UI/UX Designer Tools

We use modern professional interface design tools.

Figma UI & Design Systems

The main tool for interface development. Allows designing components with Auto-layouts, Variants, and organizing real-time teamwork.

Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator

Used for deep photo retouching, creating collages, and drawing complex vector graphics, icons, and logos before importing them into layouts.

Principle & Lottie Files

Software for prototyping interface animations and exporting vector animations to JSON format. This allows developers to easily transfer animations to a live site without quality loss.

FAQ about UI/UX design

  • What is UI/UX design and what is the difference between them?

UX (User Experience) is the user experience. It is the interface logic: navigation convenience, block structure, number of fields in the order form, clarity of texts. How easy it is for a user to make a purchase. UI (User Interface) is the user interface. It is the visual design: colors, fonts, icons, illustrations, buttons, animation. In simple words: UX is the skeleton and logic, UI is the skin and beauty. We always design these two parts in an inseparable connection.
  • How many design concepts do you offer to choose from?

At the visual concept creation stage (usually the design of the landing page homepage or key system screen), we develop 2 concepts differing in mood, color palette, typography, and grid. You choose the one that best fits your brand values, and we refine it to perfection based on your comments. Inner project pages are designed strictly within the framework of the chosen and approved concept.
  • Can you redesign our current website?

Yes, redesigning is one of our frequent tasks. We approach it from a web analytics perspective. First, we study data from Yandex Metrika and Google Analytics: heatmaps, sales funnels, device reports. We identify on which pages users leave the site most often. Then we redesign the interface, eliminating barriers while preserving the URL structure so as not to hurt the site's current SEO promotion.
  • In what format do you deliver layouts to programmers for layout design?

Layouts are delivered as a link to the project in Figma. All elements are grouped by components, Auto-layout grids are configured for responsiveness. A developer can enter inspect mode (Inspect) and copy ready-made CSS styles of fonts, shadows, indents, and sizes. All icons are converted to vector SVG format, and images are prepared for export, eliminating errors during coding and guaranteeing a Pixel-Perfect result.
